Life without you;
A horrible hell,
Yet a destined fate.

Meaningless,
Pointless,
Lifeless.

What's the point in life,
When the one you love is gone?
When your muse for so long has left?

When your muse has gone,
What can you do?
What is there to do?

Without you,
I'm an artist without her brush,
Without her canvas.

A writer,
Without her pencil,
Without her inspiration.

I need you,
My muse,
To find purpose.

To make sense,
Of this cold, dry world,
